However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to assist you with a smooth and seamless return or exchange process.
1. Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we handle each return request with attention and care. You may request a return or exchange under the following valid circumstances:
✔ Damaged Product
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will gladly accept it back.
✔ Size Issue
If the size doesn’t fit you correctly, you may exchange it for an available size (subject to stock availability).Â

2. Return Window
A return or exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
3. Return Eligibility
A. To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
A return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or incorrect product claims.

B. Non-Returnable Products & Not Accepted Reasons
Certain items and reasons do not qualify for returns or exchanges. These include:
Products Not Eligible for Return
Used, washed, altered, or soiled products
Items without original tags or packaging
Products damaged due to customer handling
Sale/clearance products purchased at a discount
C. Requests That Will Not Be Entertained
✘ Change in Decision
Disliking the product after purchase
Changing one’s mind after placing the order
These do not qualify for exchange, cancellation, or return.
✘ Color Perception Issues
Please note:
The colors visible on your device may differ from actual product colors due to:
Mobile/laptop screen brightness
Display resolution
Color reproduction settings
Temperature and saturation variations
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted based on color perception concerns.
4. Return Process
Submit your return request within 3 days via WhatsApp or email.
Share your order number, reason for return, and required images/video.
Our team will review and approve or reject the request based on eligibility.
If approved, pickup or self-shipping instructions will be shared.
5. Return Shipping
For Damaged / Wrong / Faulty Items
Seethal Studio will bear the return shipping cost.
For Size Exchanges
Customers must ship the item back to us.
Forward shipping charges for the exchanged product will apply.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are processed based on stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, customers may select an alternative product of equal value.
7. Exchange Delivery Timeframe
Once we receive your returned product, we will process the exchange and dispatch the new item within 2 working days. After dispatch, the exchange order will be delivered to you within 5–7 working days, depending on your location and courier timelines. You will receive tracking details as soon as the shipment is sent out.
Damage : Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .
Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.
Return should be made within 3 days after receiving the product
8. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
However, we do provide an option for exchange in case of size issues or product defects.
Customers must raise an exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product.
The request can be made in writing (via email or WhatsApp) or through our exchange request form, whichever is applicable.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Once your exchange request is approved, our team will guide you through the return and exchange process.
Refunds are strictly not applicable under any circumstances.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

11. Fair Usage Policy
We strive to maintain a delightful shopping experience for all customers.
In cases of excessive or frequent return/exchange requests, Seethal Studio reserves the right to limit or decline future requests to ensure fair usage.

Seethal Studio reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updated terms will apply to all future orders.
This policy is applicable only to domestic orders within India.
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Seethal Studio is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
